Nielsen Norman Group argues that once AI tools generate interfaces, the real output of UX work stops being personas and reports written for humans and becomes curated context files that AI reads directly. Their example is DESIGN.md, Google's open-sourced format for encoding a product's visual system so tools can check contrast and "know exactly what a color is for." They extend this into a hypothetical UX.md holding research synthesis, glossaries, and user models. It's a plausible direction, but the piece admits it's untested: no metrics, no answer to how much context is too much, just a call to try it.
